SomaSoul Somatic Therapy is a body experience. Pausing to listen to what the body wants to share and inviting this important information to make itself known through sensations, emotions, story, movement, images, journaling, or however else it may choose to show up.
Believing that our body and nervous system hold all of our emotions, past wounds and joys, SomaSoul therapy focuses onbuilding awareness, learning to befriend and to be with, bringing compassion to whatever shows up, and becoming curious as to why it may be here and what it may need.
My job is to create a safe, supportive space for my clients to allow their bodies to tell their stories and to begin to heal the wounds, defenses and traumas that may not have received the supports they needed as children, but can now offer to themselves as adults.
